The evaluation of collaborative synchronous learning environment within the framework of interaction and community of inquiry: An experimental study

This study aims to investigate a collaborative synchronous learning environment in terms of students’ community inquiry perceptions (cognitive, social, and teaching presences) interaction levels. quantitative was conducted with the participation fifty-nine freshmen (twenty-nine control group thirty experimental group) department Information Technologies at university. The lasted nine weeks, including two weeks data collection seven implementation procedure. After implementation, Community Inquiry Scale Online Course Interaction Level Determination were administered participants. results revealed that co-operative experiences positively influenced levels group. Further implications are discussed end.
